WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?

Where can I park?

Campus parking will be accessible.

Will all entrances be accessible?

We encourage all to enter the campus through the middle archway. Signage will be posted.

Where will service be held?

You are welcome to sit inside the sanctuary or outside in the courtyard. 

Is there assigned seating?

Ushers will direct you inside the sanctuary due to social distancing guidelines.  Chairs will be set out in the courtyard with social distancing guidance.

 

SERVICES

What time are Sunday services?

Sunday service times will be at 8:30a and 10:00a outdoors in our courtyards.  We will do our best to provide shading as much as possible. 

Will I be able to attend Wednesday night services?

As of right now, we are not opening Wednesday services for attendance. Wednesday night and Sunday services will continue to be available on Facebook Live.

What rooms are available on Sundays?

Currently no inside rooms are available.

Will services continue to be streamed online?

YES! Services will continue to be streamed on Facebook Live even after reopening. Wednesday night streaming service will remain at 7:15 PM and Sundays will be streaming live at  8:30a and 10:00a. We will also continue to post our services to our YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/LivingWordChino

Can I use the restrooms?

Yes, we encourage use to be limited to one person at a time. Parents please accompany children under the age of 12.  

Can I use the drinking fountains?

Drinking fountains will not be accessible.  Please plan accordingly.

 

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

Will there be nursery and children’s ministries?

Yes! The nursery is available for parents to sit in with their infants up to a year old. FriendsTown Children Church will be open for both the 8:30a and 10a services children ages 2-12. 

Where do I check in my children?

FriendsTown will be held during both services. Please follow the signage on campus for where to check your kids in.

 

SAFETY MEASURES

What is Living Word doing to protect my health?

The safety of our church members is of utmost importance. Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the campus. near all main entrances. The Cleaning Ministry team has thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the campus before services. Ushers and Ambassadors will provide real time cleaning during and in between services. We are implementing social distancing on campus following 6′ guidelines. Check-in and dismissal will be done in an orderly manner to minimize cross flow. Doors will be propped open when people are entering and exiting facilities. You are welcome to bring your own hand sanitizers, tissue, water bottles, masks or what you decide you need to help keep you and your family safe.

  • We ask you to please stay home if you or your children have any signs of illness.

Do I have to wear a mask at church?

Masks are highly encouraged. We do ask that you provide your own mask. We do have some extras available in case you forget yours.

What if I choose to stay home?

You are not obligated to resume attending church in-person. The health, safety and well-being of all is our first priority. We love and support everyone to make their own choice of returning at their own pace and comfort. Online services will continue for the foreseeable future.
